Move around...more than usual.
Notice I didn't say "exercise" because that word has a lot of weight to it.
So, get up & move around daily, more than usual...doing what?
Run errands for #'s 1 & 3 while staying hydrated (#2).
Practice #4 before you get busy with #5 to give yourself a nice clean space for #6.
By following your 7 tips for 7 days, your immune system will have the nutrients and energy it needs to fight...and best of all, if you do get sick? You come home to a clean house and have nothing to worry about but choosing where to order food!
These are helpful tips, but do what will work for you!
Setting attainable goals will build confidence - and checking off lists
light up the reward center in our brain!
Whatever you choose to do to boost your immune system for Traveling, remember weather changes can shock your body and make it harder for your body to fight off any viruses you may catch along the way -- by following these 7 steps, your body will be prepared for any type of weather.
