Adulting with CHD: Hydration! I cannot stress how important staying hydrated with CHD is. It is the root to many issues we have and it takes a long time to figure out how much water is enough, not enough, and too much because too much is just as dangerous as not enough. Drink your water and if you don't like water like some of us (hints our faces below, hehe!), spike it with your favorite juice, lime, or lemon juice!
